Orders & Shipping
How much is shipping?
Standard U.S. shipping is currently a $5 flat rate.
How long does delivery take?
Our current estimated delivery time is 8-15 business days. This estimate includes order handling time and carrier transit time. Delivery times may vary by destination, carrier, holidays, weather, and other shipping conditions.
Where do orders ship from?
Orders are prepared from our U.S. fulfillment location before being handed to the carrier.
Will I receive tracking information?
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Do you ship internationally?
International availability may vary. International customers may be responsible for duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges required by their destination country.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return window?
Please contact us within 14 days after delivery if you would like to request a return.
What condition does a return need to be in?
Returned items should be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Do I need to contact you before returning an item?
Yes. Please email support@atzbranding.com before sending anything back so we can review the request and provide the next steps.
Will I receive a refund or store credit?
Store credit is our preferred resolution when possible. Refunds may be reviewed case by case after the returned item is received and inspected.
Who pays return shipping?
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our side.
Products & Availability
Can product colors or availability change?
Yes. Product availability, colors, and variants may change over time. If you have a question about a specific item, please contact us before placing your order.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item or a damaged item?
Please email support@atzbranding.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it.
Wholesale & Retailer Questions
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes. Funkyrel® supports boutiques, gift shops, online retailers, and independent stores. Visit our Wholesale & Retailer Partnerships page for more information.
Where can retailers order wholesale?
Retailers can shop Funkyrel® through Faire Direct.
Is there a wholesale minimum?
Faire currently shows a $50 first order minimum and no reorder minimum for returning retailers.
Are payment terms available for wholesale orders?
Faire-supported payment terms may be available to eligible retailers. Availability and terms are managed through Faire.
Order Changes & Delivery Questions
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@atzbranding.com. If your order has already been processed or handed to the carrier, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
What if my package is delayed?
Tracking updates may take time to appear after a package is handed to the carrier. Holidays, weather, destination, and carrier conditions may also affect delivery timing. If your order is past the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number.
What if tracking says delivered but I did not receive it?
Please first check the shipping address, mailbox, front desk, building office, porch, and nearby delivery areas. If the package still cannot be located, contact us with your order number and tracking information so we can help review the shipment.
Product Questions
Are product colors exactly the same as the photos?
We try to show product colors as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different because of screen settings, lighting, photography, and production batches.
What if an item becomes unavailable after I place an order?
If an item becomes unavailable after checkout, we will contact you about the next steps. Depending on the order, options may include a replacement item, store credit, or a refund for the unavailable item.
Where can I find product size or material details?
Please check the product page for available size, material, color, and variant details. If you need to confirm a specific detail before ordering, contact us and we will help where possible.
